This brave son of the nation and talented politician was born on October 31, 1958 in a noble Muslim family of Kulaura police station in Moulvibazar district. His father’s name is Mohammad Abru Mia and mother’s name is Khatirun Necha. Shafiqur Rahman has three brothers and one sister. He is the third among brothers and sisters.
